Hi! My name is Deja Hall. I'm an aspiring journalist from Atlanta, GA. I'm also a full time college student studying mass communications. I'm seeking employment in a customer service or public relations capacity to expand my communication skills. I'm a dependable and organized individual who is flexible, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast paced, team oriented environment.

Hm, what else? I've been writing for about 3 years. I started to find my passion in writing after winning a contest my senior year of high school. I'm always set to find new and creative ways to perfect my craft in hopes of one day hosting my own radio talk show.

I found my love for broadcasting during my time at Westlake. I joined my school's Mass Media club during my junior year. I loved talking in front of large crowds, and hosting my school's functions. I entered a writing contest that year too. Would you believe I won? At that moment, I knew why I was here. I had a voice, and I wanted it to be heard.

I've learned a lot about myself, and my writing has improved since I have been attending AMSC. It's something I enjoy, but I have a long way until it's perfected. Attending this school taught me the field of mass communications is so broad, the opportunities are limitless, and I'm taking on every one.

I have 4 years of marketing/public relations experience, in which I’ve developed exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
